It's easy to refer a friend to Bayfields Opticians. Simply fill out the form below or ask your friend to mention your name when booking their free appointment. Once they complete their eye exam, hearing health check, or hearing care exam, you’ll receive an email with your £50 Amazon voucher.
No limits: There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer, meaning the more you recommend, the more rewards you get!
Your friend’s benefits: New clients will receive a free eye exam, hearing health check, or hearing care exam. They can choose from the following:
- Free Bayfields Eye Examination (includes OCT or Optomap scan)
- Free Hearing Care Exam
- Free Tinnitus Health Check
Reward for you: You’ll get a £50 Amazon voucher each time a friend completes their free exam.

Recommend a Friend
1. Recommend a friend or family member to Bayfields and we will say thank you with a £50 Amazon voucher for you and a free Eye Exam, Hearing Health Check, Hearing Care Examination or Tinnitus Health Check for your friend.
2. New clients will be eligible for one of four appointment types and can choose one from the following:

A free Bayfields Eye Examination, which includes either an OCT OR Optomap scan

A free Hearing Health Check

A free Hearing Care Exam

A free Tinnitus Health Check
3. £50 Amazon vouchers will be awarded once a new client has completed their free Eye Exam, Hearing Health Check or Hearing Care Examination, or Tinnitus Health Check.
4. Amazon vouchers are supplied via email, so providing a valid up-to-date email address is required.
5. Amazon vouchers will be processed as efficiently as possible
6. Please allow up to 6 working weeks to receive your Amazon voucher, starting from when your friend attends their appointment.
7. There is no limit to the number of people you can recommend to us.
8. A "new client" is a client that has not visited a Bayfields practice, or a Bayfields practice under its previous name, in the last 4 years.
9. Children’s eye exams are not included
10) Clients under the age of 16 can refer a friend or relatives. Adults are not eligible to refer children.
11. Adults are not eligible to refer children. Children cannot refer children.
12. Offer is not open to Bayfields employees, locums, or members of their household.
13. Offer subject to available appointments in practice.
