There's a lot to a good eye test. We want to find out how your glasses and contact lenses fit into your life, and where we can make things better. We also want to make sure we catch any potential issues before they cause bigger problems. That's why our eye tests usually last around 45 minutes.

The staff were very friendly and reassuring. My eye test was very thorough and I was given very good advice about my eye problem. I was advised to have distance glasses for occasional use, therefore I didn't want to spend a lot. I was shown some reasonable priced frames and was given invaluable help choosing a style. They were ready to collect two days later.
I have attended this optician's clinic for decades so I have a good knowledge of the practice. From entering to leaving it is a most pleasant experience - all of the staff are very friendly, courteous and professional in their approach. Eye tests and inspections are similarly professionally undertaken, with the minimal discomfort when eye drops are applied and all results and observations are fully and thoroughly explained every time. This is very reassuring to patients and gives confidence when making decisions concerning issues such as safety when driving. An excellent experience all round. You can't put a price on peace of mind.
