Bayfields Opticians Lightwater

I experienced fantastic service at Bayfields because in addition to my annual eye test I had scratched my eye and the optician inspected it for me and suggested eye drops which helped tremendously. He was also gappy for me to ask questions and explained the whole procedure thoroughly. All the staff are friendly and conscientious. I would definitely recommend their services.

Actually I couldn’t say how you could have made my experience any better…I haven’t been to the opticians for a few years but today was really excellent at the Lightwater branch. I met with Kam for a full eye and contact lense check. Kam was extremely thorough, friendly and explained every step, what the tests meant, what he could observe, how to manage my eyes etc, he was great. Out front I have to say Harry is a star, extremely friendly, courteous and professional. I had a issue with my glasses and Harry did a perfect quick fix, so I said please add something for your time, but Harry said no really it’s no trouble at all, no charge and just pleased to help…this is what much of the world is missing, that old school looking after the customer, this is why I will come back again…great job

What a lovely opticians to visit. Staff are all so welcoming and friendly, I saw Kam the optician and he was absolutely brilliant- he explained what would have been likely to have caused the pain in my eyes and blurry vision, he recommended eye drops and a heat/cooling patch which Ganine then took the time to explain how and when to use it all. All the staff were so helpful and happy, such a pleasure. Thank you again to Kam, Ganine, Maddy and Maria

Having been going to my last Optician’s for over 30 years I was a little apprehensive about starting afresh with someone new. Kanwaldeep quickly put me at my ease. He explained everything clearly and carried out my eye test extremely efficiently. After the eye examination the receptionist/technician was extremely helpful in helping me to choose suitable frames for my purposes. If you need a great Opticians then look no further than Bayfields, Lightwater.

It was a real pleasure to have my eye test review at Bayfields Simon Pestels Lightwater. I absolutely love having a "proper" pair of glasses - at my own instigation (not just readers) with all the quality extras that will take care of my eyes, it feels really honouring and supportive for me, and there is such a difference, I don't know I am wearing them! The young lady who did the test was delightful and caring as was Harry in the choosing and decision making. He knew his field and stock inside out and I knew I had found the right ones almost immediately. It is always lovely to receive the kind of service I love to offer others, for myself, which isn't always so. Highly recommended.
