The eye testing I've had is quick but thorough, and the technical details were explained to me clearly and carefully. Buying my glasses was also a good experience. A good range of products, and the staff explained the options and the prices very clearly. When the new glasses arrived I got an email and a text, and when I collected them the staff made absolutely sure that the glasses were correct and that I was happy with them.
